What we collect and why
When you submit the quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, your phone number or email address, and any postcode, service selection, preferred contact time and project description you provide. We use this information for one purpose only — responding to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, arranging and carrying out the work. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How your enquiry is processed
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you submit the form, your enquiry is delivered to us by email and may be temporarily and securely stored within our Cloudflare account so that it is not lost if email delivery fails. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam service, which processes limited technical information about your browser to distinguish people from bots. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. If you would like your details deleted, ask using the contact details above and we will remove them unless we are required to keep them.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a functional cookie strictly to perform its anti-spam check on the contact page.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact sharraconstruction1@gmail.com to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
