Kitchen work we take on
A kitchen renovation is really a small building project: strip-out, moving services, plastering, flooring, fitting the units, worktops, tiling, and decorating around it all. Because Sharra Construction covers those trades, the room is treated as one project — the sequencing works and there is one person responsible for the finish.
- Full kitchen strip-out and replacement
- Fitting customer-supplied kitchens from any supplier
- Plumbing and electrical alterations arranged as part of the job
- Plastering, tiling and splashbacks
- Floor preparation and new floor coverings
- Painting and finishing so the room is genuinely done
A recent kitchen project

Common questions
Can you fit a kitchen we have already bought?
Yes — fitting customer-supplied kitchens is normal. Send the supplier plans with your enquiry and the quote will cover the fitting plus any building, plumbing, tiling and decoration around it.
Can the layout be changed?
Usually, yes — moving the sink, appliances or walls is possible with the right plumbing, electrical and building work. Layout changes are best discussed at a site visit.
How long will we be without a kitchen?
It depends on the scope — a straight swap is quicker than a layout change with new flooring and plastering. You will get a realistic estimate for your specific job before work starts, not a generic promise.
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes, free and no-obligation. Use the quote form or email sharraconstruction1@gmail.com with photos and your postcode.
